As Senior Director of Research & Development, Roy oversees strategic planning, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration to bring cutting-edge therapies from concept to commercialization. Throughout his career, Roy has led multidisciplinary teams across global R&D pipelines, with expertise spanning oral, injectable, and ophthalmic dosage forms. He earned his B.A. in biochemistry from University of Georgia.
